Kung Fu Kids

This class is appropriate for children seven to ten.  Your child will begin their personal journey toward their Black Belt in Kung Fu San Soo.  A few of the areas you will see improvement and growth in your child are:  focus, teamwork, control, balance, discipline, memory, fitness, and coordination and increased respect (for themselves, adults, and peers).  Teachers love the difference they see in their student enrolled in this program!

6pm-7pm

JR Kung Fu San Soo

This class is appropriate for children and teens from ten to fourteen.  This class continues to emphasize the skills listed in the Kung Fu Kidz class while adding increased difficulty to the techniques and more intense physical training.  The students at this level are expected to display a higher level of respect, self discipline and community involvement. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Adult Kungfu Sansoo 7pm-8pm

This class is for adults of all ages and fitness level.  You will increase your range of motion, flexibility, stamina, core strength, and burn more calories than jogging on your treadmill; all while learning the art of Kung Fu San Soo.  Master James Matthews is an 8th degree black belt that can modify the powerful techniques of San Soo to work effectively for all skill levels.  If you have the desire to walk with the confidence that comes form knowing that you can defendyourself and protect your loved ones, this class is for you!
